3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Review project deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure they have legal rights to all content they provide.

Delays from the client may result in timeline extensions or additional fees.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in paused or terminated services.
  • All service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Additional work or scope changes (scope creep) will incur extra charges.

For subscription-based services (e.g., social media management), recurring payments must be kept active.

5. Project Timelines

  • Project start dates begin after payment and submission of required materials.
  • Timelines may be extended due to client delays, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Devocre8 is not responsible for delays caused by hosting providers, software vendors, or external services.

6. Revisions & Changes

  • Most projects include a pre-agreed number of revisions.
  • Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur additional charges.
  • Requests that differ from the original scope may be considered new work.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client Content

Clients retain full ownership of content they provide.

7.2 Devocre8 Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables (designs, websites, graphics, marketing assets) transfers to the client only after full payment.

Devocre8 retains the right to:

  • Use project samples in our portfolio
  • Display completed work in marketing materials
  • Showcase designs on social media or our website

Unless the client requests a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, software, or plugins (such as hosting providers, CMS systems, analytics tools, payment gateways, etc.).

Devocre8 is not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime
  • Policy changes made by external providers
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations

Any additional third-party costs (hosting, domains, ads, plugins) are the client’s responsibility unless specified otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Devocre8 is not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue due to website downtime
  • Loss of data caused by third-party services
  • Cyberattacks targeting the client
  • SEO ranking fluctuations
  • Website issues after handover due to client modifications

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep private all sensitive business information shared during the project.

If required, Devocre8 can provide or sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • The client violates these Terms
  • The client engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior
  • The client misuses our deliverables or website

Upon termination, any pending invoices must still be paid.

12. No Guarantee of Results

For services like digital marketing, SEO, and social media management:

  • Devocre8 does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue results.

We commit to best practices but outcomes depend on many external factors.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
